Notes of raisins, vanilla, honey and toffee.
Med/Light body, fruity acidity and sweet lingering finish.


Processing Method:

Ripe cherries are placed in plastic tanks that limit the availability of oxygen to undergo anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours. The coffee is pulped and not washed, so it is transferred to the drying area with the mucilage.


Drying Method: Dryed on raised beds for around 16 days

  • Finca Los Cipreces owes its name to the cypress’s trees embellishing the farm with their beautyand fragrance. José has always loved growing coffee since he learned as a child, and although the last few years have been very hard for coffee farmers around the globe he shows no intension to giving up producing amazing coffee. Staff has been so limited, Jose and his wife, Sandra, were the ones picking and processing the coffee during last harvest.
